To create and manage your Factura account:
- Full name: to personalize your experience
- Email address: for login and important communications
- Password: stored encrypted to secure your account
To generate your invoices and quotes:
- Company name and details of your business
- Full billing address
- IDE number (if applicable)
- Bank details (IBAN, bank address)
- Company logo (optional)
- Custom payment terms
To manage your address book:
- Contact data of your clients (name, address, email, phone, website)
The content of your commercial documents:
- Invoices and quotes with their details (products, services, amounts)
- Payment history and statuses
- Communications related to your documents
To ensure proper functioning of the service:
- Connection data (IP address, browser, operating system)
- Usage statistics (features used, frequency)
- Security logs to prevent unauthorized access
- Generate your invoices and quotes in PDF format
- Create QR invoices compliant with Swiss standards

- Automatically calculate VAT if enabled
