Yes, import up to 100 clients at once with a CSV file. Perfect for getting started quickly with contacts already saved elsewhere (Excel, Numbers, or other software).

No. Once you update the client record, every linked invoice and quote automatically reflects the new information, with no extra steps on your part.

It's automatically added to that client's invoice and quote numbers, making them easy to identify in your accounting or correspondence.

Just deactivate their record: they disappear from the app's selectors, but all their data and invoice history stay accessible.
